Nashville Analytics operates Weaver Dynamics. The organization, people, financial records and documents inside the product demonstration are fictional. The contact details you submit to access it are real and are handled separately.

What we collect

Your name, email, organization, role, optional website, stated interest, privacy acknowledgment and optional marketing preference. We also record email-verification status, access dates, and limited access activity such as the demonstration section visited. We do not include your demo questions, notes, evidence selections or simulated decisions in the prospect activity summary.

Why we use it

To verify that you can receive email at the address supplied, provide and manage demo access, prevent abuse, and follow up about your stated interest. Email verification does not verify your employment or organization. Optional product-update subscriptions are separate from access; you can explore without opting into them.

Authentication, email and hosting

The configured authentication service verifies email codes and manages sign-in tokens. Our email provider delivers access messages and internal contact notifications. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical request information for delivery, operation and security. We use essential, secure cookies for sign-in, code verification and your separate synthetic walkthrough, and a cookie that remembers whether you have previously signed in; these are not advertising cookies.

Access and control

Initial access lasts 14 days. After it expires, an eligible visitor can verify their email and request one automatic additional 14-day period. Administrators can set a longer access period or grant access with no expiry, and can suspend or revoke access at any time. Changing or revoking access does not erase information you have already viewed or downloaded. A ChatGPT account is not required for email-only demo access. Optional live AI requires separate permission and the applicable sign-in.

Retention and your choices

We retain verified contact and access records to manage your demo and any subsequent business conversation. Please contact info@weaverdynamics.com to request correction or deletion, withdraw optional marketing permission, or ask how your information is used. Verification requests expire after ten minutes. Expired requests are cleaned up during subsequent access requests.

Keep the workspace fictional

Do not enter confidential organizational data, sensitive personal information, financial credentials or real donor records into this demonstration. It is not a production system, and it does not send organizational communications or execute financial transactions.
